Front Office : Initial Telephone Screening Interview

The purpose of the initial screening interview is to establish a positive and sincere impression with the patient, acknowledging their tinnitus concerns and demonstrating your practices ability to assist with their issue. It also provides an opportunity to start assessing the severity of their problem, offer help with scheduling or referrals, and evaluate the effectiveness of your marketing efforts.
